Richardson Strata

Building and Home Automation App for Richardson Strata Management and will only work for residents of the building.

The app opens a range of applications that are utilised within the apartments including but not limited to Access Control, Intercom, Air-Conditioning, Power Metering, Lighting, Blinds, and Sound Systems.

The app also contains a folder containing building reference documents as well as a series of calendars for the management of common areas within the building.

Furthermore, this app also allows reporting of defects and requests for maintenance as well as having an internal building messaging system.
